BAE Systems Test Engineer in Endicott, New York

The test engineer tasks includes all activities to create the

test scripts for Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP),

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), EMI and Qual

procedures to support both qualification and production

test, including, but not limited to:

a. Research/review of customer and engineering

requirements, block diagrams, I/O, schematics and MSPEC

b. Identification of signals to monitor during test to ensure

hardware/system is operating within normal bounds

c. Formulation of test philosophy

d. EMI, Qual, ATP & ESS test development and support to

all PDRs/CDRs

e. Development of program plan for test readiness

f. Calculation of test accuracies

g. Production test documentation

h. Peer reviews, signature/approval of documents, data

item submittals

i. Customer/engineering interface, status/reporting,

following (technical communication)

j. Review DCNs for ATP/ESS impact

k. QCSI for any test equipment self test

i. ATP test support software activities to specify, code and

test software resident inside the prime equipment for the

test equipment that permits a sealed box ATP without the

use of systems test bench and the OFP SW

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

Required education: Bachelor Degree or Associates Degreewith additional experience

Working knowledge of NI Test stand software

Working knowledge of BAE Systems GTI
