Lead plant production and maintenance processes
Manage Plant Superintendents/Supervisors
Management of daily production, people, quality, safety, and environmental issues
Manage the plant's hourly training initiatives and OJT program including management and scheduling of training resources, gap analysis process, instructor training and OJT material development
Manage hourly workforce including scheduling, overtime, and labor relations
Direct activities to drive implementation of quality data systems and SOP development
Lead activities that drive asset utilization through equipment reliability, data collection and analysis
Set direction and lead process improvement team initiatives
Drive achievement of goals in key performance measures, including safety, product quality, volume, spoilage and environmental
Bachelor of science degree required (Engineering preferred)
Five years managerial experience required in a manufacturing environment
Can/lid manufacturing experience preferred
Superior communication, leadership and team building skills
Willing to relocate
